RECOVERY

Rehabilitation is a critical part of recovery for many stroke survivors. The effects of stroke often result in a change in function and in integration into the community. Stroke rehabilitation often improves function and level of independence.

Rehabilitative Therapy Services comprise an integrated multidisciplinary team which provides different forms of therapy to patients with a wide range of physical disabilities.

Under a doctor's direction, rehabilitation specialists come together to provide a treatment program specifically suited to your needs. The availability of full rehabilitative services means that a wide range of stroke-related disabilities can be treated, such as problems with balance and their effects on walking and independence.
